IMPORTANT: COVID-19 PROTOCOL
As professionals that interact with the public on a regular basis, we want to be as cautious and prepared as possible for any possible situation that might interfere with the performance of our duties. Our clients expect us to find solutions, not excuses. They expect us to be safe and use good judgment as well. Therefore, as a professional real estate photographer, I have implemented the COVID-19 policy in my workflow to accommodate the needs of those that require and use my photography services. Please read through my COVID-19 policy to be informed and adhere to these expectations. It is in the best interest of all to be as safe as possible and continue to provide the excellent service our clients expect.
Please consider this policy as my way of gently guiding you to your goal and safely photographing your property to provide you with photos, and Zillow 3D Home Tours, while at the same time reducing or eliminating any in-person contact while giving your property the ‘high visibility’ and virtual traffic you desire to your property. To ensure the safety of everyone, below are my COVID-19 policies for all properties. These policies work in concert with my standard property checklist as well. If you need clarification, have any questions or concerns, please contact me immediately.
All occupants must be out of the property or out of range before I arrive, regardless of vaccination status. Pets are to be taken off-site or out of range (caged or in a non-accessible room) if kept on the premises.
One person (client or property owner) may meet me at the property for access or leave a key in a combo lockbox (preferred).
The client may remain at the property but must wear a mask at all times and maintain a safe social distance (6’ or more) from me, regardless of vaccination status.
Property must be cleaned and sanitary before I arrive. Please allow sufficient time in advance of your photoshoot to care for these property checklist items.
If any person occupying the property in the past 10 days has tested positive for COVID-19 or experienced a fever or signs of respiratory illness such as cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing; or has experienced any COVID-19 symptoms, please notify me IMMEDIATELY to make other arrangements to complete the photoshoot.
